Looks like the guys from the gene family tree site, narrowed it down to 2 possible people, a father and son.

ID: I7807
Name: John CLIPSBY
Surname: Clipsby
Given Name: John
Sex: M
Birth: ABT 1336 in ,Norfolk,England
_UID: 72F3C388E18E0A42B7688A37A2F2B10595EF
Change Date: 4 Sep 2005 at 20:57:41

Marriage 1 Alice de LONGSTROTHER b: ABT 1340 in ,,England
Married: ABT 1362 in ,Norfolk,England
Children
Has No Children Elizabeth de CLIPSBY b: ABT 1364 in Norwich,Norfolk,England
Has Children John CLIPSBY b: ABT 1366 in of,Clipsby,Norfolk,England

From the free heraldry site:-

the memorial was for John who died 1594. It seems he left only daughters, so perhaps the last of his line. The seal is probably from the 1300s. At 1 3/4 inches diameter that is pretty big for a seal, and the engraving of the name, in French, is very fine, which would suggest a pretty high status man. The use of French died out in the C14, so that also suggests quite early.

Thanks very much ,

I've been in contact with the owners of clippesby hall, and they've put me onto the local church, which was built by a later john clippesby in the 1500s, she's asked for photos, and any info to publish in the local newsletter. She was over the moon, and thanked me many times for contacting her
