20mm Hispano. HIgh Explosive one and a dud, so is best to be rid of.

20mm high explosive. Extremely sensitive to impact. Very dangerous.

Whoever has it, give them a lecture please. If you don't know what it is, leave the damn thing alone! Enough power in that to remove a hand, or quite possibly a life.

It is not a detecting find; his kid rooted it up in the garden.

Leave it be in the garden, and call 101 for the EOD to pick up. Not the type of thing to 'drop off' at the Cop shop in a jiffy bag. ::g

In the Netherlands almost every detectorist recognize these bastards. Accidents has happen. These are the really dirty one's. ;;z B| Get the h... rid of it !
