Roman hypocaust?

Found this lump on the top off a field where I have been finding a lot of roman stuff it looks to modern to me but I have no experience in this type of find any help would be good it looks to have a black layer on the inside still could be part of a flue

I suspect that's not the last piece of that you'll find ;)

Some sort of electrical gubbins(I'm told it's a Deus). In various colours
