I know some on here have had problems with the wireless module, while out this afternoon mine kept cutting out, when home I thought I would take a look at it , turns out that inserting / removing the headphone lead was slightly moving the circuit board which had lead to one of the wires that join the circuit board to the battery terminal to fracture, quick easy repair with a touch of solder I'll also be putting a couple of small blobs of hot melt glue between the edge of the board and the casing to prevent it happening again.
