Great service from Wendy and Tony, I've had a problem On and off with my Q40 headphones for a while now so I contacted Wendy who asked me to return them. They solved the problem by replacing the internal battery and shipped them back to me without any quibbles about warranty etc, they even helped me pair them to the detector when I was too thick to figure it out myself :D
