Ok, this Pinpointer has been out for a good while now, I would appreciate feedback from today's users.
Cheers.

I've been using one for 4 months or so and its great. Its been out in the rain and mud but it gets a sponge bath and a dry when I get home. No false signals, very sensitive to even small flakes of bronze and tiny pieces of lead.

Is it worth the price ? Well, I've just bought a pointer for my daughter to use and I didn't splash on another Pro-Find. The Pro-Find I have came as part of the CTX package I bought ::g

ive been using 1 for 2yrs now with no problem, very good kit imo, it has never failed to find the target, i had 2 garretts 1 lasted 6mths the replacement lasted 7mths and that took me over the 12mth warranty, junk imo.

yes its a bit pricey but given my experience with both probes id have no hesitation in buying another pro find 25 if i needed to.

Pondguru is a nice chap but hes only a "Guru" where ponds are concerned ;) ::g

I got one too. I think there's 2 things that I don't like.
1. Sound is tooooo silent.
2. Vibration to week.
It's working perfect otherwise.
P.S: got garret carrot for my wife and I personaly like it more as it's louder, vibration stronger and more sensitive.
