Pockets and pinkies>>>

Post by DrDetector » Mon Jan 09, 2012 9:30 pm

OK....

Still a relative newcomer and am slowly getting kitted out to make the outdoors detecting experience both convenient and comfortable (well as much as it can be)..

My fingernails appear to permanently have a ton of dirt under them and I am running short of pockets!!

Can anyone recommend some decent metal detecting gloves and a jacket with pockets that I can oder online??

What do you wear?

Cheers

I use the neoprene fishing gloves with the flip back fingers so that i can adjust the settings on the detector, they keep your hands warm, dry and dirt free and last a long time.

In the summer I use cheap "basics" gardening gloves, get the smaller size for a tighter fit, in the wet and cold I use diving gloves, but I have already worn them out so far this winter !
