C-Scope new model?

As C-Scope are sponsoring the MDF this year I am hoping they have a new machine to launch? I want to support them and look forward to something new, lightweight, simple and as deep as most.

I always have a non-motion CS990XD around for when it's needed.

hello, what is wrong with the ones they already manufacture, the trade is swamped with new detectors coming on to the market all trying to out do each other, how can they compete with foreign manufactures costs in R and D, it is not always the latest fad detectors that have found items worthy of the British Museum, try a motion detector like the CS4MX ? saying that i am no electronics engineer but an up graded 990 XD would be good, cheers

Nothing wrong with their current models. However, the main aim should now be for light weight, ideally less than 1.4kg and getting close to 1kg. Weight was the only reason I passed on the 6 mx.

And C Scopes should always be easy to use, simple, that is a plus point.

So no R & D to waste on complicated electronics and never ending settings. No race for more depth than is practicle to dig (given than the limits of physics means no target ID at depth).

How about a slim, light 6mx? It's do-able I reckon and with a small budget.

I would be surprised if they didn't read the forum, if only the C-Scope section. ::g

Just to say we do have a chap that works for cscope as a member and he is quite active here

Also to note, they arent our sponsors this year to release a machine (to my knowledge), they are a sponsor because they wanted to be and we had a space for them
Mrix only ever has 4 sponsors so as not to flood your pages with ads, 4 is enough to cover our server costs and drive space for all the photos etc

Look at the date when I started this thread - and I don't even live in Kent!
