This ADX150 can be purchased New from around £350+ the Erac New is normally far more expensive at £1200 so the member has obviously just upgraded, it does not mean the ADX is not a good machine in its prize range :-/

Hi here is a field test
http://regton.com/pdf_docs/adx150.pdf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I have a XP Adventis 2 which works on the same frequency as the 150
Very good on pasture found a small pen knife at nine inches, they love Georgen, Roman and Vicky coins.
Not tryed it on the beach yet.
The only difference to the 150 is the Adventis has duel discrim and ground balance.
I love XP's got a GMP as well

I fully appreciate this, it does sound like a good machine for the price, slightly more than the Aces,but dare I say more professional. Noticed he went the Minelab route as opposed to say a GMP or Deus, (no brand loyalty ;) )

I was going to get a 150 but was offered a second hand Adventis 2 and took that option. If the Adventis is any thing to go by I honestly believe you will not be disappointed , very simple to use , once you get used to the sounds you will dig very little rubbish and even have the confidence to leave some targets . I love my machine and hope to get some wireless headphones in the future, also with the hip mount bag it is very light, hope this helps, cheers john

If a man is in the middle of the forest and he expresses his opinion and no one is there to hear him is he still wrong?
