Horse pendant or decanter label?

Post by madproffesor » Thu Oct 12, 2017 6:09 pm

Can anyone help with an ID on this please. Found on pasture land that's not been ploughed for donkeys years if ever at around 7" down with a 79 on Deus basic 1. Think it's made of brass or copper, 2.5" long x 1.75" long and the fixing on the back is only at one end but the loop is not long enough to reach the other end :-/ No ferrous metal on it at all, and the loop is a white metal, the main part is sort of kidney shaped and dished. Thank for any thoughts. ::g
