Tatty Roman

Post by Ferrous1 »

Braved Ciara and managed to find this among the mud. Gave a really rubbish tone on the Deus Lite, 11" Coil, Hot programme, if it hadn't have been at the very start of the session I wouldn't have bothered digging it, thought I'd got my ear in :( , well all the digging keeps you warm x; . Found on ploughed heavy clay soil 3" down. I haven't found many Romans and am struggling to ID even the emperor, but I'll have a random punt at Constantinius :-/ Scale 1/8th inch small graduations.
Thanks for suggestions.
