delicate little silver buckle...? ( Couldn't resist giving a little clean..!)

Post by HolzHammer »

Evening All,
Not much to report but did manage a lizzie threepence and this little silver buckle(?) today; disced field Herts. I really like it it is so delicate and I'm not sure weather it is broken or its just a join that would have been covered by the pin... as you can see the "ring" motif stops at those points...
Anyway, any knowledge much appreciated and gratefully accepted! And don't worry I am not going to electrocute it!
All the Best
Alexander

(Couldn't resist giving it a little lemon bath and tooth picking....!)

Don’t clean it, it’s a treasure item and so they prefer you give it in uncleaned ::g

Good job ::g . Be a great one to get repaired when you get it back. You’ll cover the repair with the pin, which is where it should be anyway. It really is lovely :D
