Chanced a couple of hours yesterday afternoon on the only bit of land available on my permission and didn’t have much luck with either the weather or the finds, but managed to pull this one out that I’m pretty sure was a ring at some point in time (but I could be wrong!!)
I don’t know what the metal is and not sure how to identify the metal TBH but it gave a cracking double ding on my Garrett Euroace.
It was about 5cm down and my settings were modified coins with first four discrimination notches off and one notch off sensitivity.
Scale is 5mm per square.
