Beginner peebles

How you doing lads. just started metal detecting for a few days now. Got permission on my pals fields at Calvery park. Been finding some random stuff and loads of junk.anyone got advice on how to know when to dig and not to? Using the garate ace 200i.
im just here to learn from people with experience and get advice on the laws and anything to do with metal detecting. Cheers 👍

Plenty of info over there l;/ about machines etc

I'm not a lad but sure I can welcome you too =)) Hope you enjoy the forum.

Best tip? Get out, practise and learn to go slow and low. Get your technique right and the finds will come and your ears will learn what to dig and what to ignore. For now dig pretty much everything ::g
